Service Fees

Our service fees are 5% (of the product price whether auction or from a store).

In many cases this is also waived entirely due to our many partnerships with stores and brands here enabling you to purchase at the lowest cost guaranteed. Simply Japanese Retail Price and Shipping to your country of location.

If you are bidding on an item via any auction sites here in Japan you will be required to pay a 50% deposit of your max bid.

Example – if your max bid is 10,000 yen / deposit will be 5,000 yen. **Deposit is refunded in full if auction is lost so please do not worry**

If you are purchasing any items from internet stores / store pick-ups / buy-now auctions full payment is required in FULL before we can order your item.

What is a Domestic Bank Charge ?

When buying goods in Japan, generally we are required to pay directly to sellers (if auctions) or stores bank accounts directly. In some cases when ordering from Internet Stores credit-cards will be used so the Domestic Bank Charge will of course not be necessary.

The cost of the Domestic Bank Charge is anything from 105 yen – 400 yen and is dependant on the bank account paid to.
